Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.6222 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.3909 of 2020 by an order dated 13.10.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent and of M/S C.M.GUNASEKARAN, Advocate for the Intervenor the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6222 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 13.10.2020.
2. Earlier this Court had granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 27.02.2020 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.289 of 2019 within a period of six weeks and also directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate CCB CB-CID Court, Egmore, Chennai daily until further orders and the said condition was relaxed in Crl.M.P.No.6222 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 13.10.2020 and the petitioner was directed to appear on every Monday at 10:30 a.m before the concerned Court. To relax the above said condition the present petition has been filed.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned additional public prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he has not appeared before this Court.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned additional public prosecutor that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court the respondent is directed to take appropriate action against the petitioner for cancelling the bail.
