This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the fourth Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.30 of 2021 as a woman missing case. The petitioner was called for enquiry in this case. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the woman has been traced and the FIR itself was closed on 08.02.2021.
