This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22983 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until filing of the filing report.
