[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] Despite this matter is specially posted before this Court today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has filed this modification petition to modify the order dated 12.12.2023 as regards the portion of interest.

3.The petition is in the nature of review. Since this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit the admitted amount of Rs.4,89,271/-, as agreed by the petitioner and recorded by this Court earlier, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit the amount with interest @ 24% per annum from the date of previous order dated 03.06.2021.

4.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
