This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31622 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, Salem, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31622 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
