ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.11920 of 2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 02.06.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Writ appeal in W.A.No.1488 of 2017, filed as against the order passed in W.P.No.11920 of 2017, dated 02.06.2017, was allowed by the Division Bench of this court on 18.12.2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the contempt petition is closed.
