This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.M.P.No.16772 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10054 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/3

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.M.P.No.16772 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10054 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
