ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondents for wilfully and deliberately violating the order passed by this court, dated 01.02.2013 in W.P.No.1962 of 2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.07.2022 there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1962 of 2013 has already been complied with and he has also furnished the copy of the proceedings. Hence the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption "for orders".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Based on the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 1962 of 2013 in 01.02.2013 has already been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. 2/4
