2.The learned counsel for the respondents has made an endorsement as no objection for allowing the said application. The said application is allowed. Consequently, the other C.M.P.Nos.6519, 6523 of 2019 are also allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the appeal memorandum and post the matter "for arguments" on 08.04.2019.
