A.Nos.549 and 550 of 2021 in C.S.No.189 of 1922 P.T. ASHA, J, These applications are filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 7 herein as legal heirs of the deceased respondent in A.Nos.872 and 873 of 2020 in C.S.No.189 of 1922.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the applications being ordered.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reason has been given in the applications, these Applications are ordered.

4.The applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment in the bundle and file an amended copy on or before 08.03.2021. Post on 09.03.2021. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to file their counter in A.Nos.4078 and 4079 of 2008.
