O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, Indra, aged about 23 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court.

2.The alleged detenue Indra, aged about 23 years, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that the petitioner is her friend and that she wants to go along with her parents. The second respondent who is the father of the detenue is also present and he is also willing to take back the detenue. While passing the order, Mr.Dalit Tiger Ponnusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a legally valid marriage between the petitioner and the alleged detenue Indra as per the Special Marriage Act. If it is so, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy according to law.

4.The detenue being a major and expressed her desire to go along with her parents, we have no other option except to allow her to go as per her wish. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.
