JUDGMENT

The Special Tahsildar, LA-11, Tamil Nadu Housing Board Scheme, Nandanam, Chennai - 35, has filed the present revision against the orders passed in E.P.No.24 of 2002 in L.A.O.P.No.60 of 1984 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2. The main contention of the revision petitioner is that the calculation arrived at by the respondent is totally incorrect and http://www.judis.nic.in

ub the Court below failed to see that the order of attachment for failure of deposit of a sum of Rs.46,21,403/- is on a wrong calculation. According to the revision petitioner, the amount due and payable by them is only a sum of Rs.1,85,790.75/-. Though, several opportunities were granted to the petitioner to file a memo of calculation in this regard, the revision petitioner did not file a memo of calculation.

3. On 23.04.2019, this Court specifically directed the revision petitioner to file a memo of calculation, failing which the revision would be dismissed. Till date, no memo of calculation has been filed by the revision petitioner and therefore the present revision is dismissed as default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
