ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 291 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.This Court finds no valid reason in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. From the papers, it is stated that the matter in issue has become final and this vexatious litigation is nothing but re-litigation. The writ petition was disposed of after contest. The only reason stated in the affidavit is that translation of documents was undertaken. This Court is unable to agree with the reason.

3.Hence, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.A.SR.No.14936 of 2024 stands rejected.
