This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.187 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.187 of 2012 before the respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent-police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
