The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners have appeared in subsequent examinations and the petitioner in WP.No.3192 of 2020 has obtained employment and the entire procedures in the examination under question in WP.No.3185 of 2020 has been completed, both the writ petitions have become infructuous.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
