ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present writ petition has been filed to dispose of the appeal dated 05.05.2025 filed in pursuant of the Section 6 notice issued under Tamil Nadu Encroachment Act, 1905.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that such appeal is pending before the authority concerned from 05.05.2025. Since petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a limited relief to direct the authority to dispose of the said appeal, and considering the pendency of the appeal from 05.05.2025, we deem it appropriate to direct the authority to dispose of the appeal dated 05.05.2025 as expeditiously as possible.
