Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of the services as Pharmacist from the date of the initial appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits thereto. For Petitioner : Mr.L.Chandrakumar For Respondents: Mr.A.Kumar Special Govt.Pleader O R D E R The petitioner is presently working as Pharmacist. He made a representation to regularise his service as Pharmacist. The representation is now pending on the file of the first respondent. The present request is to direct the first respondent to consider the said representation on merits.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 12.04.2013 along with a copy of this order so as enable the first respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
