ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the workmen, for whom the second respondent/President has taken up the Industrial Dispute, died and subsequently, the petitioner/ Management has intended to settle with the legal heirs of the deceased workmen and hence, nothing survives for consideration. 2.The copy of the Memorandum of settlement dated 24.10.2024 has also been produced, which contains the signature of the petitioner/ Management, the second respondent/President and the legal heirs of the deceased workmen.

3.In terms of the above Memorandum of Settlement dated 24.10.2024, this writ petition is disposed of. The Memorandum of Settlement shall form part of this order. No costs. 24.10.2024 Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order vga
