ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for declaration declaring the provisional selection list dated 02.01.2020 published by the third respondent illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to prepare a fresh provisional selection list following the due procedure. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner that already he handed over the entire bundle to the petitioner along with change of vakalat. 3.

However, even till today, the petitioner did not engage any counsel to appear on behalf of him before this Court. Further, today when the matter was called, the petitioner failed to appear before this Court either in person or through pleader.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
