This petition has been filed to modify the conditions No.(b) imposed on the petitioner, thereby directing him to deposit original title deed, not below the value of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty Lakhs only), to the credit of Crime No.342 of 2021, in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.518 of 2022 dated 24.01.2024.

While granting anticipatory bail on the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court imposed the above said condition on the petitioner. This Court finds no reasons to modify the conditions imposed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal miscellaneous stands dismissed.
