2. Heard Mr.Shanmuga Sundara Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and also filed final report and the same is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
