This petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.26 of 2022 on the file of the Land Grabbing Special Court II, Allikulam, Chennai to Special Court for Land Grabbing at Thiruvallur. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that all the witnesses have been examined in C.C.No.26 of 2022 and the matter has been posted for questioning of the accused. 3.
