This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28843 of 2022 on 13.12.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.
