ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The present order is in continuation and in conjecture with the earlier orders dated 20.09.2017 and 04.12.2017 respectively.

The Director of Legal Studies, has filed the Compliance Report dated 22.01.2018 stating among other things that the orders as to the payment, has been fully complied with.

Mr.Niranjan Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, would submit that the order passed by this Court has been fully complied with and prays for the leave of this Court to come out with a petition for clarification required, if any, with regard to the payment already effected.

The Court heard the submission of Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents who would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been

complied with, the contempt petition may be closed. A perusal of the above cited Compliance Report would reveal that the orders of this Court has been fully complied with and therefore, the contempt petition is closed. It is also open to the petitioner to come out with any petition for clarification if so required in that regard.

Consequently, the connected sub-application petition is also closed.
