PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed to report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31947 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the respondent police, every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31947 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.31947 of 2024 on 20.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
