in favour of the 4th respondent and quash the same as it have no statutory value under Kazis Act, 1880 or any other law and it violates petitioner's fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the 1 & 2 respondents to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent for issuing the said certificate, by considering her representation, dated 20.01.2025.
