The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the seal of the shop premises in the first floor of Sree G.P.Mathi Complex, Aathur Main Road, Sangupetttai, Perambalur Town and District, wherein the 3rd respondent was running the public service centre under the name and style "Digital India Pothu Sevai Maiyam."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
