The petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 02.12.2019 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam in S.C.No.34 of 2014 thereby ordered for trial without case properties.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that while this petition was pending, the entire case properties were received by the trial Court in C.P.No.08 of 2020 and the trial is on progress.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
