ORDER

By order dated 25.04.2022, this Court while condoning the delay, set aside the impugned order dated 22.01.2021 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.A.No.296 of 2017 subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- by the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent and directed the matter to be listed for "reporting compliance". 2.Pursuant to the same, the petitioner has filed a cost memo stating that he has complied with the order of this Court on 25.04.2022 by paying a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent counsel and also enclosed a copy of the acknowledgment given by the respondents counsel. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would pray this Court to accept the cost memo and dispose of the revision petition.

3.In view of the cost memo filed by the petitioner and since the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court, recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
