C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner is the defendant in the partition suit in O.S.No.369 of 2008 and the plaintiff in four other suits. All the suits are pending before the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu for joint trial. Even though, the matter was posted for evidence, no progress has been made. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court seeking early disposal of the suit.

2. Considering the long pendency of the suit which is at the stage of trial, this Court is inclined to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of O.S.Nos.17, 14, 13, 16 of 2017 and 369 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
