This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining o the First Information Report (F.I.R) in Crime No.168 of 2014 on the file of E-5, Solavaram Police Station, Tiruvallur District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.168 of 2014 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.12 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
