This petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.2772 of 2010 pending before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State and Mr.M.Senthil Murugan appearing for the second respondent.
3. Today both parties are present before this Court. The original joint memorandum of understanding dated 12.09.2016 has been filed.

4. In the light of the memorandum of understanding, the proceedings in C.C.No.2772 of 2010 on the file of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai 3 shall stand quashed. The Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of the record.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
