ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Cr.No.136 of 2016 has been registered on 27.05.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 354 and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by one Kolanjiyammal, who is none other than the sister of the petitioner.
2. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given a counter complaint against one Sasikumar, who is the husband of the Kolanjiyammal. But, the petitioner has attached no proof for having given the complaint.
Hence, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with medical certificate before the respondent. On receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
