PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned demand in Letter No:SE/O&M/CV/File Doc/No:284/2009-10, dated 20.02.2010 of a sum of Rs.105842/- (Rupees One Lakh five thousands Eight Hundred and Forty two only) on the basis of the audit report and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of the Electiricity Act, 2003 and the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code 2004.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner may be permitted to move the application before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and the liberty may be granted for filing proper petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. 2.Considering the limited request, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to grant permission to make proper application before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum shall pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
