This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings dated 08.06.2015 in Na.Ka.No.955/A1/2014 on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner Mrs.K.Roseline Geetha, as S.G.Assistant in C.S.I.Primary School, Burnside, Kothagiri, The Nilgiris - 643 217, w.e.f. 12.03.2012, with all service and monetary benefits. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the proceedings dated 26.05.2017 in Na.Ka.No.571/A2/2017 passed by the third respondent, wherein, the petitioner has been appointed as the Headmaster of the C.S.I.Primary School, Burnside, Kothagiri, The Nilgiris - 643 217, with effect from 12.03.2012, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this Writ Petition and therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected W.M.P. stands closed. No costs.
