O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenue Nandhini Devi, D/o.Kumar, aged about 20 years, directing the respondents to cause production of her daughter/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Nandhini Devi is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody and that she is not willing to go along with her mother/the petitioner herein and that she is willing to go along with her aunt.

4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her aunt, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
