(CRIME NO.282/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para No.6((b)) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week daily at 10.30 a.m.until further orders and the petitioner should not have any communication with the victim girl by order of this Hon'ble Court on 10.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21099 of 2021 and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21099 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 10.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.21099 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report.
