ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to call for records in C.C.No.281 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Salem and quash the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has already been completed and a final report has been filed and the accused was acquitted by Judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
