The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition assailing the order impugned herein in the event of the petitioner being acquitted in Crl. Appeal No.338 of 2016. An endorsement to this effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
