ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 698 days in filing the above appeal.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submitted that in spite of best efforts, the details of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner/appellant was not able to be secured. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the appeal is rejected at the SR stage. As and when the particulars are received, a petition can be filed to set aside the abatement and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased on record.
