When the Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing on 01.08.2019, this Court ordered to serve notice to the respondents through Court as well as privately and the matter was posted on 22.08.2019 for filing proof of service.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondents, since the matter is pending for more than eight years. Hence, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
