This Writ Petition is filed directing the third respondent to honour the claim made in I.D in MDI259243 in Policy No.98293233.

2. The third respondent is a private Company. It is not a local or other authority of the State. Therefore, Writs cannot be issued as against a private party.

3. Keeping it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
