This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to implement the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.810 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2023 within a stipulated time.
2. Heard Mr.N.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.148 of 2024 on the file of third respondent, on 13.02.2024.
