JUDGMENT

The second appeal as against respondents 1 to 4 came to be dismissed for non-prosecution long back on 04.09.2006. Since there was no representation for the appellants on 30.04.2015, 02.06.2015, 19.06.2015, 10.07.2015, 14.07.2015 and lastly on 13.08.2015, by order of Court, this matter stands listed today under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today also there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the second appeal as against the remaining respondents also for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the second appeal as against respondents 5 to 7 also is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
