ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to take up the stay application immediately and dispose of the statutory revision filed by the petitioner on 30.06.2023 and 18.08.2023 1/4

respectively challenging the order passed by the Kalpakkam Atomic Energy Employees Consumer Cooperative Stores Ltd dated 04.05.2023 and 11.07.2023 respectively within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to dispose of the interim application of stay within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, the respondent is also directed to dispose of the main revision filed by the petitioner on 30.06.2023 and 18.08.2023 respectively within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
