ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR.S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, seeking a direction to the respondents to produce her daughter, namely, Ms.Vamsi, minor girl, aged about 17 years, before this Court.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court by the respondent Police. The 3rd respondent and his parents are also present before this Court.

3. The petitioner/mother of the detenue, who is present before this Court, has expressed her willingness to marry her daughter (the detenue) with the 3rd respondent. Even though formal marriage was performed at the home of the 3rd respondent, she is agreeable to have the marriage of the detenue with the 3rd respondent, after the attainment of 18 years by her daughter.

4. The parents of the 3rd respondent and the petitioner agreed that the formal marriage of the detenue with the 3rd respondent can be performed after the completion of 18 years.

5. There is an undertaking on the part of the 3rd respondent that he will maintain good relationship with the petitioner's family.

6. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
