Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to any other appropriate writ, order or direction of like nature directing the 2nd respondent Board to consider the petitioner's promotion as Assistant Manager from the feeder category of Steno-Typist Grade II in the quota intended for Steno-Typists Grade II and as per the G.O.No.47 personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department dated 12.03.2008.

Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been promoted as Assistant Manager from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the feeder category of Steno-Typist Grade II and now, she is in the post of Deputy Manager. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
