ORDER

The Writ Petition relates to the suspension order dated 26.01.2009. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the suspension order was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service, while the Writ Petition was pending.

2. By recording the aforesaid submissions, W.P.No.25715 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected MP.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
