Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to select the petitioner for the vacancies which arose in the years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 in the post of Physical Education Teacher in any of the Government, Corporation, Panchayat Union Middle School, High School and Higher Secondary Schools under the orphan category on priority basis based on G.O.Ms.No.8, dated 10.01.2000 (Personnel and Administrative Reforms (R) Department).

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to select the petitioner for the vacancies which arose in the years 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 in the post of Physical Education Teacher in any of the Government, Corporation, Panchayat Union Middle School, High School and Higher Secondary Schools under the orphan category on priority basis based on G.O.Ms.No.8, dated 10.01.2000 (Personnel and Administrative Reforms (R) Department).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
