This criminal original petition is came up for hearing under caption "for being mentioned".

2. It was represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner himself wrongly mentioned the department of the respondent police as 'Department of Criminal Investigation' instead of CSCIDTiruvallur and also the satisfaction court as 'Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur' instead of 'Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur'. Hence, he requested to issue a fresh order copy.

3. Therefore it is ordered that the respondent in the cause title shall read as follows:

"The State by Inspector of Police, CSCID-Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District"

Further, the satisfaction court shall read as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur". R.PONGIAPPAN, J.

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.3968 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022 after replacing the content as above.
